Characteristic place, inserted in the central square and in the center of the town. Parish priest to be reviewed and a slightly pleasant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'originalità di questa chiesa sta nella dedicazione (oltre che a S. Eusebio) anche ai Santi Maccabei, martiri non proprio noti nella nostra zona.
Per il resto, ha una storia comune a quella di altre chiese: un iniziale oratorio romanico demolito nel 1567 per far posto all'edificio attuale che, comunque, è frutto anche di altre modifiche successive.
Dell'antico oratorio sono sopravvissuti pochi ruderi alla base del campanile e i brandelli di un affresco del 1300.
Da vedere anche: le "Tre Virtù teologali" del 1600 e affreschi realizzati tra 1800 e 1900 dal Francinetti, dal Mazzucchelli e dal Morgari.
Forse un pannello didattico posto dal Comune aiuterebbe ad apprezzare l'interno, comunque ben tenuto.
The originality of this church lies in the dedication (as well as to S. Eusebio) also to the Saints Maccabees, martyrs not really known in our area.
For the rest, it has a common history to that of other churches: an initial Romanesque oratory demolished in 1567 to make way for the current building which, however, is also the result of other successive modifications.
Of the ancient oratory, few ruins have survived at the base of the bell tower and the fragments of a 1300 fresco.
Also worth seeing: the "Three Theological Virtues" of the 1600s and frescoes painted between 1800 and 1900 by Francinetti, Mazzucchelli and Morgari.
Perhaps an educational panel placed by the city would help to appreciate the interior, however well it maintained.
