E sul cancello non sono neanche indicate delle informazioni su quando è possibile visitarla. It is a pity to have found the gate closed which allows access to the area around the church. And information on when it is possible to visit it is not even indicated on the gate.

Comunque un bella meta per una breve uscita in bicicletta. A beautiful church built on the top of a hill overlooking the valley below. Splendid panorama, sin is almost always closed. However a nice destination for a short ride on a bicycle.

Si può fare un giro intorno alle mura di cinta ed ammirare il panorama verso Invorio Superiore. The church is in a wonderful position, overlooking the town, but it is often closed and even the churchyard is inaccessible. You can take a tour around the city walls and admire the view towards Invorio Superiore.

p	paola beltrami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella chiesa immersa nel verde....tenuta molto bene.... facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che a piedi ...al suo interno si trovano quadri voti e ricordi risalenti anche a parecchi anni fa a testimonianza di grazie ricevute...una volta al mese é possibile pranzare su prenotazione in un'area dedicata nel retro della chiesa questo permette di raccogliere fondi destinati al restauro e mantenimento del complesso.... Beautiful church surrounded by greenery .... very well kept .... easily accessible both by car and on foot ... inside there are paintings of vows and memories dating back to several years ago as a testament to the graces received ... once a month it is possible to have lunch by reservation in a dedicated area in the back of the church, this allows you to raise funds for the restoration and maintenance of the complex ....
E	Enrico Ripamonti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa fu costruita intorno al 1550 forse in sostituzione di un precedente oratorio che faceva parte del castello visconteo - ormai diroccato - situato sulla parte più alta della collina. Nel 1600 al suo interno fu posta una statua lignea raffigurante la Madonna intenta a porgere il sacro cingolo (opera pregevole di Bartolomeo Tiberino) statua che fu subito oggetto di grande devozione per le grazie che dispensava ai fedeli. Già trasformata nel corso del 1600, la chiesa venne ingrandita a tre navate il secolo successivo e poi nell' 800 fu completata con il coro ed il campanile. Si racconta che la protezione della Madonna della Cintura sia stata grande soprattutto verso i soldati in partenza per la guerra, soldati che la invocavano deponendo ai suoi piedi la loro foto. Peccato aver trovato chiuso non solo il portone d'ingresso ma anche il cancello che permette di entrare sul sagrato. The church was built around 1550 perhaps to replace an earlier oratory which was part of the Visconti castle - now in ruins - located on the highest part of the hill. In 1600 a wooden statue was placed inside depicting the Madonna intent on offering the sacred girdle (valuable work of Bartolomeo Tiberino) statue that was immediately the object of great devotion for the graces it dispensed to the faithful. Already transformed in the 1600s, the church was enlarged to three naves the following century and then in the 1800s it was completed with the choir and bell tower. It is said that the protection of the Madonna della Cintura was especially great towards the soldiers leaving for the war, soldiers who invoked her by placing their photo at her feet. Too bad having found closed not only the entrance door but also the gate that allows you to enter the churchyard.

Peccato che sia aperta solo in poche occasioni durante l'anno. Reachable with a pleasant walk from the town, it stands in a panoramic position on the Vergante hills. Too bad it is only open on a few occasions during the year.
