★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa di San Quirico è una delle più antiche chiese, fondara da San Romualdo nei primi anni dopo il Mille. Fu ricostruita dopo il terremoto del 1744. Meno nota rispetto alla Chiesa di Santa Lucia, è in realtà anche essa un gioiello. Appena entrati si rimane colpiti dalle opere pregevoli presenti. L'altare attira lo sguardo e anche le cappelle laterali. Stupendo il quadro che riprende San Quirico e Santa Giulitta su uno scintillante sfondo dorato. Nell'abside è conservata la Sacra Spina recante ancora tracce di sangue divino.
Bellissime le opere in gesso.
È una chiesa bella, mistica, da visitare per provare una religiosità profonda.
 The Church of San Quirico is one of the oldest churches, founded by San Romualdo in the first years after the year 1000. It was rebuilt after the earthquake of 1744. Less known than the Church of Santa Lucia, it is actually a jewel too. As soon as you enter you are struck by the valuable works present. The altar attracts the eye and also the side chapels. The painting depicting San Quirico and Santa Giulitta on a glittering golden background is wonderful. In the apse is preserved the Holy Thorn still bearing traces of divine blood.
The plaster works are beautiful.
It is a beautiful, mystical church to visit to experience a profound religiosity.
