★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there after going to the nearby Grotte di Frasassi. We ordered tagliatelle al tartufo nero and gnocchi al pecorino e tartufo nero. The Gnocchi were fine, unfortunately the tagliatelle were prepared without any salt and the dish in general was quite tasteless. Not even adding parmesan could help, a real pity and waste of truffles. Not enough value for the money we payed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the best meals ever. The food was fresh, delicious and handmade (the pasta is made fresh on site). The owner was thoughtful and generous. The views were beautiful. Don’t think I could’ve asked for more.
We had the ricotta and mushroom plate to start. Then the pappardelle with duck, pappardelle with boar ragu and wild boar tortellini - a transformational experience. To finish we had the tiramisu, ricotta chocolate cake and a panacotta with wine sap. All in all a superb meal.
