★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to mass here whilst on holiday in Rome. It is a beautiful church away from the typical tourist traps. The priest was very humble, friendly & inclusive. It seemed like a real family church. We attended 11am Sunday mass. I would highly recommend.

Chiesa Di Santa Marie ai Monti has an absolutely fabulous interior from the beautifully painted dome to the amazing artwork around the walls and the stunning statues and reliefs. So tranquil when less crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Rome's very beautiful Churches, one of the few that seems to be open while others have already closed. In the midst of the beautiful artwork, and its connection to the various saints like Benedict Joseph Labre or Alphonsus Ligouri, one can find a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Rome, and simply pray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to Piazza della Madonna is the beautiful church, Santa Maria ai Monti. St. Alphonsus Liguri for a brief period celebrated mass here, and St. Benedict Joseph Labre’s tomb can be found at the north transept. He died as a beggar in Rome not far from the church.
