★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo buonissimo salutare e genuino, la qualità fa la differenza, prezzi giusti, forse il più grande locale a cisternino dove non stai ammassato o non corri il rischio di mangiare in mezzo alle persone che passeggiano. Ricordo in particolare la frittura di pesce (la migliore della vita mia) leggera e fatta con pesce fresco. In ultimo ma non da meno, di fronte c'è il bel vedere della Valle d'Itria. Consigliato caldamente!
 Very good healthy and genuine food, quality makes the difference, fair prices, perhaps the largest place in Cisternino where you are not crowded or you do not run the risk of eating among the people walking by. I particularly remember the fried fish (the best of my life) light and made with fresh fish. Last but not least, in front there is the beautiful view of the Itria Valley. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza culinaria è stata a dir poco eccellente! Ho gustato dei piatti buonissimi, rivisitati in chiave moderna e assolutamente gustosi. Il menù è vasto e accontenta proprio tutti. Il personale offre un servizio impeccabile, cortese e disponibile.
Il ristorante, inoltre, è davvero bello e accogliente, luminoso, pulito e piacevolmente caldo. Consiglio i primi piatti e gli antipasti, tutti preparati con materie prime di alta qualità e stagionali. Torneremo prestissimo per gustare tutte le portate del menù.
Certamente è un ristorante con una cucina così buona e genuina, che è una rarità!

My dining experience was nothing short of excellent! I tasted very good dishes, revisited in a modern way and absolutely tasty. The menu is vast and satisfies everyone. The staff offers impeccable, courteous and helpful service.
The restaurant is also really nice and welcoming, bright, clean and pleasantly warm. I recommend the first courses and appetizers, all prepared with high quality and seasonal raw materials. We will be back very soon to taste all the courses on the menu.
It is certainly a restaurant with such good and genuine cuisine, which is a rarity!

Mi sono recato a Cisternino, partendo da Taranto, con la precisa intenzione di provare i pancakes del Cheese&co. Ne ho ordinata una porzione alla crema di pistacchio, mirtilli, gelato al melograno e frutta secca. L'impiattamento era curatissimo, il sapore delicato e delizioso allo stesso tempo, e, sinceramente, non so chi mi abbia dato la forza di non ordinarne altre 10 porzioni! Il servizio è impeccabile: entrambe le ragazze che vi lavorano sono estremamente professionali ed accoglienti, e si vede che amano il proprio lavoro, così come il resto dello staff del locale, interamente a gestione familiare.
La seconda volta che sono andato a cena al Cheese&co ho ordinato un piatto di linguine cacio e pepe, di una cremosità e di un sapore UNICI, seguito da un dessert tanto bello e curato quanto buono genuino: pain au chocolat ripieno di gelato! Sono uscito dal locale soddisfatto e felice. Ci ritornerò con piacere, ogni volta che mi sarà possibile, cercando di provare ogni singola voce del menù! Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque ami il cibo di qualità, genuino, innovativo e attento alle esigenze del prossimo, comprese quelle di chi ha intolleranze alimentari e/o allergie, e di chi segue una dieta vegetariana o vegana. Consiglio di prenotare per concordare il menù in base ai propri gusti. Il personale è sempre cordiale e disponibile.

I went to Cisternino, starting from Taranto, with the specific intention of trying the pancakes of Cheese & co. I ordered a portion with pistachio cream, blueberries, pomegranate ice cream and dried fruit. The dish was well-kept, the flavor delicate and delicious at the same time, and, frankly, I don't know who gave me the strength not to order another 10 portions! The service is impeccable: both girls who work there are extremely professional and welcoming, and you can see that they love their job, as well as the rest of the staff of the restaurant, entirely family-run.
The second time I went to dinner at Cheese & co, I ordered a plate of linguine with cheese and pepper, with a UNIQUE creaminess and flavor, followed by a dessert as beautiful and refined as it was genuine: pain au chocolat filled with ice cream! I left the place satisfied and happy. I will return with pleasure, whenever possible, trying to try every single item on the menu! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves quality food, genuine, innovative and attentive to the needs of others, including those with food intolerances and / or allergies, and those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. I recommend booking to agree on the menu according to your tastes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excelent! The young girl twins were very kind. The sandwich (made from local goods), the hamburger and the gluten free focaccia were tasty. We were allowed to choose any kind of juice and we chose kiwi with watermelone. We got an extra lemon cream/shake for free. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are vegan don't bother to go there... Shop bought vegan bresaola the same story with the vegan cheese.. Very overpriced. I got a salad with half kilo of iceberg, 3 slices of sad tomato, 10slices of vegan ham(shop bought again) and no dressing.They served us very cold red wine and after we mentioned that and asked for another bottle they said it will get warm while standing on the table(!).
Seems like they want to catch people for vegan options but they completely don't understand what vegan food is. I don't understand how they can serve such poor quality and tasteless, shop bought products while being situated in South Italy full of beautiful vegetables.
If you are vegan just better go to a regular restaurant and eat nice plate of pasta or pizza. Cheese & Co. is a disaster.

from sandwiches to salads, from pasta to smoothies, they have a whole range of vegan stuff, including vegan affettati and cheese.
on top, they have vegan pancakes as dessert that are amazing.
the staff is super sweet and professional.
if you are vegan, this is the place to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place! If you're looking for a vegan and/or gluten free restaurant, it can be hard to find in Puglia. But eating there was worse than cooking myself. The portions are small, it doesn't taste like it should for a restaurant. Must've been one of my worst experiences of eating outside. They really need to do something about it.
