★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious traditional Apuglian food located just off the main square. Mimo the chef (and owner) was very accommodating and altered dishes expertly for the vegan and gluten free members of our group. Priced well for the quality and large portions under €20 per head with wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this locally well-regarded restaurant as our last night dining spot. Despite having made a reservation, the restaurant owner - for it was he I presume - who was strutting around peacock-fashion, was totally disinterested in acknowledging this and gave us a table inside the virtually empty interior dining room. This we reluctantly accepted on the basis of the restaurant's reputation. Quite frankly, I wish we hadn't. The food was ok but nothing special - well certainly not as special as 'mine host' clearly thinks it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality, good service and great value for money. We randomly sit here after having a look at the menu. And we nailed it! We started with an antipasto of Capocollo from Martina Franca with rucola and Parmesan cheese which was absolutely delicious. We continued with handmade Orecchiette alla crudaiola (with pesto and ricotta) and a typical local dish made with broad beans cream and cicoria respectively. We definitely enjoyed the meal served by (the owner?!) Mimmo, a funny and big man open to count his recipes and entertain his clients. With paid 35€ including ‘vino della casa’. Maybe the portion of orecchiette was a bit small, nevertheless I would Recommend a meal!
