★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our first visit we didn't know how it works but the staff was nice and very helpful. They told us everything and describe all the meat.
The meat was great (especially bombette), the wine was great and the tiramisu was great! I recommend this place to every meatlover :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This town is known as the home of the Bombetta. We were directed here by an Italian friend from Puglia. We picked the Second butchers we found thru the city gate, and gave it a try. Pick your meat, they skewer it and cook on demand, a lovely lunch of Bombettas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all! The food was good but the service was awful. My girlfriend and me were having a good time until a waiter told us to leave the table in a very rude manner because otherwise they were loosing money. We had to leave food and wine on the table. Unbelievable!
