★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to go to Doppio Zero but it was fully booked. Glad we didn’t because the pizza here was amazing. The dough was perfect and the whole thing was perfectly balanced. The pizza oven is run by the militant nonna and ran like clockwork. Very reasonable with a carafe of wine too. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in Alberobello and decided on some side trips. While in Cisternino we asked a local for suggestions and wow were we pleased. The food had a clean home cooked meal taste. The servers were friendly and helpful. One could even help us in english. Did I mention home cooking? This was as honest as it gets, delicious!
