Bombette spazziali sia quelle impanate che quelle al formaggio, cotte alla perfezione, di piccole dimensioni ideali per essere mangiate in un sol boccone. Pancetta cotta al punto giusto e croccante!!! Spiedino di interiora buonissimo da non perdere assolutamente. Sensazionaleeeee !!!! I have not tried other steakhouses in Cisternino but walking around the alleys and looking at the dishes no one came close to the stove !!! Brush bowls both breaded and cheese, cooked to perfection, small in size ideal to be eaten in one bite. Bacon cooked to the right point and crunchy !!! Very good offal skewer not to be missed.
