★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo nel reparto profumeria, al contrario nel reparto pelletteria sono stato servito da una commessa al quanto inopportuna ed altezzosa, esperienza al quanto sgradevole e non degna da una boutique Chanel.
 Very kind staff in the perfumery department, on the contrary in the leather department I was served by an order that was inappropriate and haughty, an experience that was unpleasant and not worthy of a Chanel boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Beauty Boutique kümmerte man sich nur so lange um uns, bis wir sagten, wir möchten den Duft bitte zuerst auf unserer Haut testen, bevor wir 375€ für ein Parfüm ausgeben. Die Verkäuferin sprühte das Parfum auf unser Gelenk und drehte sich dann pampig und beleidigt um.
The beauty boutique only looked after us until we said we'd like to test the scent on our skin first before we spend € 375 on a perfume. The saleswoman sprayed the perfume on our wrist and then turned around, sulky and offended.

Purtroppo per il poco tempo a mia disposizione e per esaudire il desiderio di mia moglie , che per fortuna all’apertura del regalo non si è accorta ,ho fatto finta di niente e ho acquistato senza neanche lamentarmi inutilmente .questo mia recensione per sottolineare che non siamo degli sprovveduti e per consigliare i clienti con più tempo di controllare i prodotti in vendita in quel negozio dopo pare ci sia la tendenza a rifilare fregature . A buon intenditor poche parole . Pessimi !
I am shocked at how a saleswoman can think of selling a ruined 4000 euro bag without the customer not realizing that she is taking a rip off! Unfortunately for the short time available to me and to fulfill the wish of my wife, who fortunately did not notice when the gift was opened, I ignored it and bought without even complaining unnecessarily. This is my review to emphasize that I don't we are naïve and to advise customers with more time to check the products on sale in that shop afterwards there seems to be a tendency to trim scams. Few words to the wise . Bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably poor service. They told us we couldn’t come in because everyone was busy. Meanwhile multiple people standing around. My wife and I were in travel scrubs but both male incomes very worthy of “Chanel”. What a joke, will spend money elsewhere.
