★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Prada store back in July because i went to Italy for a trip. It was absolutely the worst experience i had faced in any designer store. I felt heavily discriminated against. I went inside the store with four and for a small store the security was extremely tight. I wanted to purchase a pair of sneakers but the selection was very small. I felt like the security was breathing down my back. Everybody else was looking around and having a great time but we were the only people being watched. There weren't even any employees that offered to help us. As we were leaving the security guard UNLOCKED THE DOOR TO LET US OUT. I know very well that any store wouldn't close so early. He was so open about it. His body language seemed mocking almost like it was saying "Good riddance". Me and my four friends were black. everybody else in the store was white. I believe this was an act of racism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service as you’d expect from Prada. It was just a shame that the two handbags in stock were damaged slightly and no perfect. When spending £1800 it needs to be right. Thank you for finding us the bag in LDN on our return

Silvia De Porti went above and beyond to help my husband and I find what we were looking for. They were also so incredibly sweet to our twin daughter when we were shopping in there. A massive thanks to Silvia, Christina and the lovely gentleman with background from Dominican Republic (so sorry, I'm not good with names), absolutely fantastic.
