Le ho chiesto aiuto per avere disponibile in una data precisa ( il giorno del compleanno di mia moglie..) un prodotto non disponibile in store.
L’assistenza ricevuta è stata “over the top” .
Informato costantemente , rassicurato e il giorno del ritiro una accoglienza calorosissima.
Monika è andata ben oltre la prestazione richiesta e ho ritenuto giusto segnalarlo ( odio i “leoni da tastiera” capaci solo di segnalare quello che non va…)

I asked her for help to have a product not available in the store available on a specific date (my wife's birthday ..).
The assistance received was "over the top".
Constantly informed, reassured and a very warm welcome on the day of withdrawal.
Monika went well beyond the required performance and I felt it was right to report it (I hate "keyboard lions" capable only of signaling what is wrong ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most wonderful experience here that I’ve ever had in a store. The sales assistant, Monika was kind, patient and informative going above and beyond expectations. She showed me different colours in the bag I wanted, and showed me different ways to wear it spending an hour with me without making me feel rushed. She made me feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. Cannot recommend this boutique enough! The level of customer service is unmatched in any other brand! Ask for Monika to help you!
