Per effettuare un ordine telefonicamente da Roma dato che era finito nella boutique del centro , nessuno è stato in grado di risolvermelo tempestivamente. Invece ho chiamato la boutique di Venezia e il giorno stesso Sorina mi ha risolto il problema venendomi incontro anche in base alle mie esigenze e mi ha spedito il regalo a Roma.
I wanted to congratulate Sorina for her availability and kindness! To place an order by phone from Rome as it ended up in the downtown boutique, no one was able to resolve it in a timely manner. Instead I called the boutique in Venice and on the same day Sorina solved the problem for me, also according to my needs, and sent me the gift to Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata più volte. La boutique è molto bella, abiti raffinati (alcuni), una ragazza è stata molto gentile mi spiace che non ricordo il nome. Un po' meno il modo poco professionale che hanno avuto gli altri del personale. Ma devo dire che la boutique è davvero molto bella.
I've been several times. The boutique is very nice, fine clothes (some), one girl was very kind I'm sorry I don't remember the name. A little less than the unprofessional way the other staff have had. But I have to say that the boutique is really beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! We were there and bought some things from the store. One of our bag was stolen in the presence of more than 5 sale assistants and the security guard, who did nothing When the informed them that we lost our bag under their watch, they only said they would check the CCTV and then simply said somebody took our and they also said it was not their fault. They even had the manager to there to make sure that we didn't make a fuss about the incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandro was very helpful and patient. We came the first day to look at some handbags and he showed every model we wanted to see. Moreover, he knew the product really well. No hard sale at all and asked us to think about it. We came back the next day and was still undecided. He gave his professional opinion and really helped us with the one we wanted to buy. He also sorted all the tax refund forms for us too. It's an expensive product but at least the service went with it!
