★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, the guys knew exactly what I liked and got me a bag which was not on display. Further they even gave me an empty shoe box when I said I needed one to transport my Venician mask home.
I wish I had bought that wallet I saw as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time in this store and it was a very pleasant experience and welcoming atmosphere. I was looking for a stole and the sales assistant was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I don't know the name of any of the ladies, but it was the 22.07.21.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is quieter on a Sunday - very spacious. There is a good selection of shoes in both classic and seasonal styles. I was greeted promptly and felt very welcomed.
Angelo (male staff) was super helpful assisting me to choose and fit shoes properly. He also has a great depth of knowledge about the brand heritage, told me interesting stories about some signature pieces - which I always look for in a salesperson (besides the actual quality of the goods) when buying from high end brands. He also went above a beyond in showing me different pieces in the store (wallets, scarves, bags) even though I only intended to buy the shoes. I was also offered drinks and made very comfortable browsing around. I was not rushed or pressured to make any purchase if I’m unsure about the piece.
Payment was processed smoothly and I left with exactly what I wanted.
Overall, exceptional customer services - please keep it up.
