I wish I could give this location a negative 1 star because the customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. This is my first time in Venice and I’ve been shopping every day since I’ve been here. In stores such as Chanel, Hermes, Dior & Louis Vuitton. Today I decided that I wanted to purchase a few items in balenciaga totalling 3,750 euros. The guy that was helping my sisters and I gave us no problems. He took my credit card , did the transaction and gave me the receipt of the successful transaction. His manager (victorio , if that is even the correct name he gave) comes back to me and tells me that I need to sign my credit card. I politely declined because I do not need to sign my card in case of theft or my card being lost .. my signature can be copied. I told him that I will give him my ID to show him that it matches the name on my credit card and it also has my signature (which matches the signature I signed on the authorized transaction that he had already put through) After that, he still insisted that he needed my card again and tried to take a picture of my credit card. I told him he is not allowed to do that because there Is no reason he needs to have a picture of my PERSONAL information. BTW he did not even ask to take a picture of it, i just so happen to catch him as he was doing it. Chanel, Louis Vuitton neither Hermes gave me this problem. I don’t know if it is because i am BLACK and he’s not use to seeing black people spend those kind of amounts. But he definitely was being difficult and not giving a straight answer as to why he needed a picture of my credit card (LET US KEEP IN MIND THAT HE HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE DOING ALL OF THIS ) So I told him to give me my money back and I will spend it elsewhere. Never once in my life have I had this problem. I’m from the beautiful islands of the Bahamas and will say this, Balenciaga you guys really need to rethink your managers and customer service.

As another review mentioned the store is quite small but the selection is still nice for the size. I was helped by Marco who aided me in finding a perfect new wallet! He displayed multiple different options and showed me his entire stock. Definitely recommend and will be returning on my next Venice trip.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco. Checked their trainer shoes and shirts. Shoe was too bulky. Check their bags. Expected: pricey!
