★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Chanel customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life by far. Went in the store (which was empty, save for three other guests). Took 15 mins of trying to get the attention of staff who swerved right around us. No hello’s or we’ll be right with you or anything. I had five staff actively ignore my greeting and avoiding eye contact. When I was finally served, they made the excuse they were busy. Really??? I could’ve done cartwheels around the place that’s how empty it was. Do not come here. Wait for another Chanel store in the next city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't remember one worse experience in a luxury boutique. The staff is so rude, from the door to all the way upstairs, not a smile, nobody to say "hello" or "welcome. I was in the store a few days ago, wanting to buy a pair of shoes, the assistant was so rude!! I literally took the shoe I was interested in buying and just touched to feel the fabric when the assistant came towards me and said "do you really need to do that? the material is very delicate".. well, yes! When you are about to spend 700 euros on a pair of shoes, touching them and possibly trying them on is part of the process. I just walked out immediately without buying anything. The only thing I regret is not telling her a thing or two, one of them being that working in Chanel doesn't make you more important. Have some manners! Very disappointing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there yesterday to change a bag that I bought in Milan (worst luxurystore I ever been in, but thats another story). I called before I arrived and the store manager, Cinzia was wonderful in every way. Also the sales assistant Beatrice was wonderful and told us alot good information about the service and the bag. I recommend everyone to visit this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who helped me choosing my handbag was very patient and friendly. I probably checked out at least 8 to 10 different style hand bags before finally made the decision on the perfect one. The selection on classic flap bags was not great during my visit but it did not make my experience less enjoyable. I'd come back again on my next trip to Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the service doesn't match the brand. Amongst the worst service I have ever recieved as a customer. The security man was incredibly rude and would not even listen when I explained that I was there to rectify a mistake the saleswoman had made the previous day with the paperwork for my purchase. He very rudely dismissed us, so I had to call someone on the phone in order to get some help snd support from the shop. Shockingly bad, extremely disappointing. The only place in Venice where we came across rudeness during our week there.
