from perfect to horrible the people of D&G in venice don‘t know that clients are important, cause they wanna buy the expensive items and not they and there stories of the weekend.... very bad...

We’ve been to many cities all over the world and got into hundreds of high-end store, this one is the best among all of those... the staffs here are the best in the world, they clearly know how to make their customers taking the money out of the pocket to grab all those beautiful items :D

I found a beautiful pair of shoes. The staff member provided me the price of €3,950 euros. This was the price tag located on the shoe. I provided my credit card. After a few minutes waiting he returned very apologetic but saying the price randomly increased €1000 more Euros to €4,950 for the same shoe. The reason given was that the new collection just released and prices on shoes already in stock which he advised this was the price from before can be raised anytime and that he apologized it was their error that the price tag on the shoe should have been revised. Again, this was the price on shoe that they confirmed this price tag on the shoe was the “old price.” I heard of “sales” to receive a better price. I’ve never heard of the price increasing while you’re shopping in the store. How am I to know if any of the prices in the store are accurate? Seems very arbitrary. I wish I could say that I’m a first time buyer at Dolce but the truth is I’ve been a client for over 15 years and in fact Dolce & Gabbana provided me with a special invite for their ‘19 men’s fashion show in Milan on Saturday as a VIP guest. I was expecting the manager to honor the price as marked based on this being their mistake to not correct their prices and especially since I’ve had a long relationship with Dolce & Gabbana. Very surprised and disappointed as they can see in their system the amount of clothing I buy is substantial every year and I am a client of theirs and this experience left me with.a bad feeling. I hope share this experience with executives I be meeting this weekend while in Milan. I’m from Miami and their sales team and managers are remarkable with client experience.

Extremely rude staff here. I have Never before been treated so poorly in a luxury store. We have purchased from this boutique many times before and it seems there is new staff that is clearly not trained to deal with an upper echelon of clientele or really any clientele at all. We were in the process of selecting numerous items and then were spoken to with a demeaning extremely rude tone when I took a picture inside of the dressing room. We will take our business to other Dolce and Gabbana locations that actually appreciate their clientele.

Another beautiful italian fasion brand. Sale times are perfect to buy stuff.

Visited the store late March 2022 and had a wonderfull experience. The staff was well intended and polite, showed me around the store and explained the intended design. The salesman that interacted with me made me feel welcomed and helped me try on several items. After I’ve paid for my items I have asked them if they can keep my bag a little while until I finish with my sight seeing and they offered to take it directly to the hotel. Eugenio kept in touch with me to make sure I received my package at the hotel later in the day. Special thanks to Eugenio- a skilled salesman, a true gentleman for this amazing shopping experience.

Working my way through my wifes bucket list which seems to involve visiting every single D&G store. This one was lovely. Very helpful staff, great location, lots of stock items (including the pair of gloves my wife needed). We were shown around the store, including some of the back rooms, the internal architecture in some of the unseen rooms is very typically Venetian. The clothes are beautiful and extremely well made. They also had an altering service on site
