★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, glad I took the trip here. The castle can be accessed on foot and there is no charge to enter. There is some vandalism inside but that's expected for the area. Overall it is a good out of the way place for a nice day trip from Catania. You'll need a car to get here.
