★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco bene il mulino perché ho parenti in paese. Ogni volta che scendo giù ne compro sempre per portarne un po' al nord. Ottime semole e farine da sempre, non solo da quando è scoppiata la moda dei grani antichi e delle certificazioni, la cui ossessione può ritorcersi contro. Prezzi onesti in generale considerata la qualità. Mi farò fare una spedizione appena il clima concederà una temperatura idonea a far viaggiare le farine. L'estate appena trascorsa non sono stata giù... E dunque sarà la prima volta che me la farò spedire senza vederla con i miei occhi prima. Ma non ci dovrebbero essere problemi, almeno spero.
