In the following centuries it was the residence of important Sicilian families and in the seventeenth century it was also used as a prison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't go on top. There are no english descriptions of the exhibits. But there are markings for blind people if they want to go to the museum and LOOK at the exhibits or take a LOOK at the city (facepalm).
A ticket costs 2€ for people up to age 25 and 4€ for people above age 25.
