★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great a short walk to San Marco and the Rialto. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had mold on the curtain. The breakfast was ok typical hotel bathroom. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The three stars was mainly for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is centrally located, but just far enough from the massive crowds. My room was quiet and clean, the bed was large, the bathroom was large enough, and the breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful room with Venetian charm. Carlo was also excellent-- very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not our first stay at Ca' Centopietre, and once again we have been impressed by its great atmosphere and the kindness of the host. Its central and yet very quiet location is superb and it makes you feel like stepping back in time... Warmly recommended to those looking for an authentic Venetian experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location to visit Venice as you can walk to many attractions. Quiet location but the room was a bit cold although heating was working. A bit hard to find as it does not have a big sign, but we managed with GPS. Room and bathroom were very spatious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast did not have many choose but it was enough to get your day started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and familiar. I stayed with my son (7yo) for 3 days. It’s a great point to visit the city without be overwhelmed by tourists. The landlord is super kind. It’s like a hotel, it offers a service level much higher than a b&b . I recommend it!!!
