Le preparazioni sono notevoli e ricercate, alcune eccelse altre ottime. Il servizio impeccabile, fin dal parcheggio...momento nel quale un cameriere ci ha accolto con 2 ombrelli aperti perché stava piovendo. La mise en place è elegantemente semplice. La cantina ha oltre 700 etichette e si ingrandirà ulteriormente a breve. Elegance. This restaurant has been studied in every detail to let you experience a unique experience. Attention to detail is close to perfection. The preparations are remarkable and sought after, some of them excellent and others excellent. The impeccable service, from the parking lot ... moment in which a waiter welcomed us with 2 open umbrellas because it was raining. The mise en place is elegantly simple. The winery has over 700 labels and will grow even faster.

Nous sommes allés pour un anniversaire. Ils avaient fait en sus du menu un gâteau pour la table, sans frais. Dommage qu'il faille choisir le même menu pour une table de 10, sans flexibilité. C'est le seul point négatif pour moi. I recommend this restaurant. Very correct price for a starred menu. The setting is also splendid, with magnificent gardens. A great address. We went for a birthday. In addition to the menu, they had made a cake for the table, free of charge. Too bad you have to choose the same menu for a table of 10, without flexibility. This is the only negative point for me.

More than positive experience, room staff available and friendly (never invasive). Enchanted location surrounded by the greenery of the Val di Merse.

Service zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend! Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Hätte in meinen Augen auch eher 1,5 Michelinsterne verdient als 1. Excellent food and great wine accompaniment. Price is reasonable for a star restaurant. For me one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Service courteous but not intrusive. We had a wonderful evening! I highly recommend it! In my opinion, I would have earned 1.5 Michelin stars rather than 1.

Ótimos pratos, ótima harmonização, sem falar do hotel que é maravilhoso. Vale muito a pena ficar um noite lá, ou pelo menos almoçar vendo aquela linda paisagem da Toscana. Com certeza voltaremos! Parabéns ao chef Andrea Mattei! We are food lovers and we arrived at the hotel looking for a good restaurant. 3 days before we went to a Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ in Florence and I have to say that the Meo Modo surpassed it and had much more affordable prices. Great dishes, great pairing, not to mention the wonderful hotel. It is very worthwhile to spend a night there, or at least have lunch watching that beautiful Tuscan landscape. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to chef Andrea Mattei!

The food tastes good (so the regular menu- my partner had- do) and is a cool mix from consistences and side dishes ( for example selfmade kombucha). The vegan risotto was absolutley great. The dishes had a beautiful presentation and the wine pairing were good too. The best of all is the location and the ambience.

Each person who came to out table was professional and welcoming. The grounds and ambiance were exquisite. We chose "The Journey" as our tasting course, and what an interesting and unique journey it was! I highly recommend the 10 wine tasting course to pair as the sommelier has chosen only the best wines from the region which pair perfectly with the courses served. My only regret is not staying at the lovely hotel as we were already booked in Siena - so next time!
