★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived from Florence and had to make it to a wedding in 45 minutes. Franchesco greeted us and instantly made us at home. I asked if they had an Iron for my wedding shirt and he said he would only iron my shirt if I gave him the pants to iron as well. He sat is down for a quick lunch that was amazing and then personally drove us to the wedding venue. He then said it doesn't matter what time, call me when the wedding is over and I will pick you up! What an amazing place with amazing service! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first went to La Palazzina after they had closed after failing to find a restaurant that was still open. The owner and chef Francesco was outside and was shocked that we hadn't eaten yet so he offered to reopen the kitchen to make us some pasta. We declined because we didn't want to be a bother, but we returned the next day for dinner and Francesco came out and recognized us and wanted to make sure we had found something to eat the night before. After visiting all these big cities packed full of tourists, it was definitely refreshing to come to La Palazzina with it's very local and cozy vibe. The food was great but what ultimately made it a 5 star experience was the generous hospitality of Francesco and our servers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it since 1992. Stood there for 3 nights in 1992 and it was a kind of adventure. Sometime the owner changed. Francesco now chef and owner. Great meals (not only Pizza), friendly, nice place, inexpensive prices. Francesco, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. We've ordered and after 30 min of waiting they told us that the pasta we ordered had finished. They suggested a different one that arrived 30 min after and it was a pasta from package, a total disappointment. Prices way high for what you get, we ordered two antipasti crostini toscani and they brought one plate with 5 half slices of bread with some toppings... 14 euro for that. There are better options in the area.
