★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the most amazing place I have ever stayed. This hotel/resort is beyond 5-star! The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. The grounds are breathtaking. The food is perfect. This is where you want to stay when you are in Tuscany. My wife and I want to move to Italy because of this place. You absolutely need to stay here once in your life. We are definitely coming back next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a few days of our honeymoon here and all we can say is that it was spectacular!!! The property itself is out of this world - the most stunning hotel we have been to! I’ve never seen so much love for details before in which you can see the absolute passion of the owners / hotel managers. The service was outstanding and every wish we had was taken care of. In the honeymoon package there were many lovely (and delicious!) surprises apart from the official package components. I can only highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive relais but nothing there that matches with the Italian or Tuscany taste. Everything is a bad copy of the local cultural environment. You will not experience anything original an unforgettable there. The prices don't justify the location and the services provided.

Yesterday, I made a booking for lunch for my mother who is traveling Italy and as soon as she arrived today, she has been told that they won't serve her lunch because of a fully booked hotel.
This is outrageous and very sad.
There wouldn't have been a problem from our side, if the hotel called us yesterday or this morning and cancel the booking - for whatever reason there might be. But telling her upon arrival after a 1,5 h drive and then not having the flexibility to arrange a table (for one person!), is poor customer service and very irritating.
I was speaking highly of this hotel and now I am just embarrassed for my recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly the most beautiful hotel we have seen in Tuscany. We came for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. We could not have been happier. The staff is absolutely lovely, the borgo is stunning, the food and the suprises made us feel so special. We did not want to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I spent 3 days at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! The hotel grounds itself are stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and the service was over the top. It was worth every penny!
We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived ( our luggage taken directly from our car to our rooms, cocktails and snack with a view upon arrival, custom itineraries made for us, a perfectly drawn bath that was warm when we got back from dinner, etc..), needless to say it was definitely memorable and we felt like family by the time we left. I honestly kept telling my husband I felt like I was living in a dream, I mean the place was perfection.
The staff are true gems and I can't thank them enough for making our stay so wonderful.
This hotel is pure luxury while maintaining the countryside Tuscan charm, and the pictures just do not do it justice. The feeling you get while you stay at Borgo Santo Pietro is rare; it is peaceful, relaxing, and allows you to appreciate the beauty around you while you just completely disconnect from the rest of the world! It's magic.
I have stayed at many wonderful hotels, but I have to say Borgo Santo Pietro will forever be in our hearts and be at the top.
Our highlights and must do's would include the cooking class, enjoying a day by the pool and their farmers market dinner. We found paradise here and will forever be grateful for our stay here. Thank you so much Borgo Santo Pietro for being part of our most wonderful honeymoon.

It is one of those places were you build unforgettable extraordinary memories that will last forever and you live telling people about..
What a sanctuary to love and merge with the nature but in a very unique style..
