 Home cooking, excellent ingredients. Very good pizza, excellent tagliatelle with truffle and grilled lamb. Family atmosphere, clean. Quick and accurate service. I will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza fantastica: tornati dopo due anni stessa qualità e stesso splendido cibo. Un rivisitazione di piatti tradizionali del Molise mantenendo altissima la qualità dei prodotti tutti della zona. Splendido l’antipasto sannita che tra le altre cose comprende il “gelato di caciocavallo su salsa di peperoni” …un piatto da chef stellati… e la scamorza al forno con tartufo ( dove il tartufo di Carovilli è usato senza parsimonia come in tanti ristoranti).
Meravigliosi i tagliolini al caciocavallo e tartufo (idem come sopra). Anche l’agnello è tra i migliori gustati in Molise. Insomma un grande ristorante.
Gentilissimo e attento il personale … insomma cinque stelle che potrebbero essere 10.
Fantastic experience - returned after two years same quality and same beautiful food. A reinterpretation of traditional Molise dishes while maintaining the highest quality of all local products. Splendid the Samnite appetizer which among other things includes the "caciocavallo ice cream on pepper sauce" ... a dish from starred chefs ... and the baked scamorza with truffle (where the Carovilli truffle is used without parsimony as in many restaurants) .
The tagliolini with caciocavallo and truffle are wonderful (same as above). Lamb is also among the best tasted in Molise. In short, a great restaurant.
The staff were very kind and attentive ... in short, five stars that could be 10.

Locale molto accogliente, molto carino, curato, proprio quello che aspettavo di trovare!! staff gentilissimo e piatti non squisiti, di più!!!!!!!!!!Sapori unici, senti davvero il sapore di ciò che stai mangiando!! Anche fuori è bellissimo, ampio spazio immerso nel verde ci tornerò presto di giorno!!! Complimenti!!

I had an appetizer of the house and some tagliolini with truffle and caciocavallo cream. Both excellent. The staff is valid, courteous, nothing to complain. I advise!

Ho mangiato una pizza molto buona ed abbondante, mio marito una carbonara mantegata nella forma di provolone.
Cibo buono, personale gentile ed accogliente
As soon as we arrived from the entrance it did not seem much to me, then inside a beautiful large and well-kept room.
I ate a very good and plentiful pizza, my husband a carbonara mantegata in the form of provolone.
