Da apprezzare l'impegno nella ricerca di piatti antichi che dà luogo ad una cucina particolare e non banale e ripetitiva. Prodotti di qualità e del posto o perlomeno tutti molisani, dalla pasta secca al formaggio del pastore. Scoperto casualmente si è rivelato un bell'incontro da ripetere. Prezzo più che onesto. Antipasti: solo formaggi, primo pasta con ricotta e secondo bollito cacio e uova. 25 euro. Comunque il locale è molto caratteristico ma anche qui bisogna sottolineare una cosa di non poco conto: è vero che ci troviamo in un centro storico però manca completamente di tutti gli standard di sicurezza!!! Noi abbiamo mangiato in un soppalco con la stufa accesa che perdeva fumo e ad un certo punto sarà per il caldo eccessivo o per la mancanza di aria ma non ci sentivamo in gran forma. Con qualche accorgimento ben fatto potrebbe avere grandi potenzialità quindi gli faccio i miei migliori auguri. Proprietario molto cordiale. Appetizers: only cheeses, first pasta with ricotta and second boiled cheese and eggs. 25 euros. However, the place is very characteristic but even here we have to underline something not insignificant: it is true that we are in a historical center but it completely lacks all the safety standards !!! We ate in a loft with the stove on, it was leaking smoke and at some point it will be due to excessive heat or lack of air but we didn't feel in great shape. With a few tricks well done it could have great potential so I give him my best wishes. Very friendly owner.

Qui troverete piatti genuini e tipici fatti con amore e con prodotti a km (anzi a metri) 0 dalle sapienti mani di Avio (gestore tutto fare) che tra una portata e l'altra vi delizierà con aneddoti e storie locali. Antipasto abbondante, primo, secondo, dolci, caffè, caramella dell'allpino, montepulciano e acqua: 30€ a testa... Abbiamo lasciato una piccola mancia per quanto siamo stati bene. Se passate da quelle parti non fatevelo sfuggire. La prenotazione è consigliata in quanto il locale è davvero piccolo ma molto accogliente.In poche parole una delle migliori mangiate della mia vita. Avio, il proprietario, che io mi permetto di ribattezzare Savio, porta alto lo stendardo di quel territorio: cordialità, simpatia, ricercatezza nella materia prima locale, tradizione, intelligenza. Molto consigliato.
