★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay. Spectacularly restored apartments with spacious rooms decorated to the highest standard. Amazing views over the Tuscan landscape; delightful swimming pool and relaxing lounge area.
Not only was our stay perfect, we also had a wonderful and insightful tour of the neighbouring vineyard and winery.
The host Dario is both charming and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an amazing place, with very stylish decoration and a beautiful garden and views.
But we stayed there for 3 nights and we were very disappointed with the staff. We had read many reviews saying that Dario, the manager, was so nice and helpful so we expected him to to recommend us the best restaurants and places to go in the area.
We arrived on Saturday at 18:30 and there was nobody there to meet us. We only found some information in our apartment which said office hours were from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00. That meant that he wouldn’t be there the following day either. On Monday after having breakfast on our beautiful terrace, we went to the office to finally meet the manager and ask him a few things that we needed. The office was still closed and there was nobody there. On Tuesday, the day we were leaving, there was someone in the office at last (of course, we had to pay!), but it wasn’t Dario.
So, to put it simply, after spending 3 nights there, we didn’t meet the manager or anybody else until the day we left. If he had any reason not to be there he could have sent somebody else.
Besides, information about office hours should be on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, I should only give the hotel one star. But only for tactical reasons. Simply so that as few guests as possible should come and I get a free room as often as possible.
In other words: the hotel is a diamond. It is surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses. You drive into the parking area and 5 minutes later all the stress of the past 12 months is gone. Traditional, ancient walls combined with a modern design, Tuscany in perfection.
In addition, there is a manager who could not be more friendly and personable.
This is our 4th time here and we will get married here next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every stay at Borgo Argiano is a magical experience and the best way to escape everyday stress, as Dario and his team make you feel as if you are staying with good friends. We have stayed in two types of apartments and they have both been beautifully furnished and decorated to create a comfortable yet high end feel. The kitchens in the apartments are perfect for staying in and preparing a home cooked meal, but for anyone in the mood for dining out there many fantastic restaurant options within a short drive from the estate. The pool and garden are lovely and feature fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside. Borgo Argiano is truly a must visit for every one of our summer vacations and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much to Dario and the entire team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave top marks because the property fully deserves it. We stayed in the villa which was absolutely wonderful. The decor of the entire property is beautiful. The interiors are decorated with taste, where every detail has been carefully considered. The property is surrounded by vineyards and the idyllic atmosphere around makes it a perfect place to relax. Also, the cleanliness is first class. Our villa was stocked with fresh fruit and various snacks for breakfast . The service was top notch, very helpful and polite. In the club house you can eat fresh pastries, drink coffee, play games or read a book in peace (there is quite a rich library).
Do not hesitate to make a reservation. This place will satisfy the needs and aesthetics of even the most demanding ones.
