No te dan toalla de lavabo. Dos de ducha y se acabó. El chico de recepción es bastante desagradable. The staircase leading to the room is metallic, spiral and difficult to access unless you are young and thin. There was hardly anything in the kitchen, not a coffee pot. They do not give you a washbasin towel. Two showers and it's over. The guy at the front desk is quite rude.

La piazza dove sorge questa struttura, è molto viva specialmente di sera, quando aprono i locali notturni. Gli appartamenti mantengono una buona pulizia, e sono in ottime condizioni. Sono presenti più comfort a disposizione cliente, come: il rooftop, la lavatrice e la macchinetta del caffè. L'unica pecca è senza dubbio la serratura del portone di entrata, che a causa dell'antica origine, non è ben funzionante. The only flaw is undoubtedly the lock of the entrance door, which due to its ancient origin is not working well.
G	Giorgio Bruschini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima. È infatti a 2 passi dal centro. Nei dintorni molto ravvicinati ci sono anche una gelateria e un bar nella piazza di fronte. Dentro, gli appartamenti sono molto eleganti. I soffitti sono stupendi! Una bella doccia e bello anche il soppalco. L'Hotel offre poi una terrazza all'ultimo piano nella quale si può vedere uno scorcio dei tetti delle case di Firenze. Rilassante, ottima per la sera! I proprietari sono poi disposti a dare consigli o fornire informazioni sulla città. È offerto anche il tè o la camomilla per concludere in relax una bella serata. Unica nota negativa è che la porta d'ingresso è molto complicata da aprire perchè la serratura non funziona bene e ci metti un po a capire come aprire la porta. In generale tutte le porte sono un po vecchie, unica pecca dell'Hotel. Però per esperienza personale il gelataio di fronte è sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare. Il trucco è girare la chiave a destra finchè non scavalca un dentino e si apre la porta. The location of the Hotel is great. It is in fact 2 steps from the center. A nice shower and nice loft too. The Hotel also offers a terrace on the top floor where you can see a glimpse of the roofs of the houses in Florence. Relaxing, great for the evening! The owners are then willing to give advice or provide information about the city. Tea or chamomile tea is also offered for a relaxing end to a beautiful evening. The only negative note is that the front door is very complicated to open because the lock does not work well and it takes a while to understand how to open the door. In general, all the doors are a bit old, the only flaw of the Hotel. However, from personal experience the ice cream man in front is always very willing to help. The trick is to turn the key to the right until it steps over a tooth and opens the door.

È stato commesso un errore in fase di prenotazione.E' stato confermato un appartamento da 5 posti letto, inserendo erroneamente 2 persone, tariffa prepagata. Ho contattato il proprietario spiegando l'errore e chiedendo di risolvere in qualche modo, mi è stato risposto che per poter alloggiare bisognava versare in loco una differenza di 100 euro a notte , quindi 300 euro più la somma già versata, quindi 450 euro in tutto, più la pulizia finale più la cauzione.Lo stesso appartamento 5 posti aveva un costo di euro 260,00.Una vergogna, lucrare in questo modo su un errore di prenotazione, mi è stato persino detto che "dobbiamo stare fermi con i nostri ditini"....ancora vergogna! I contacted the owner explaining the error and asking to solve it in some way, I was told that in order to stay a difference of 100 euros per night had to be paid on the spot, then 300 euros plus the sum already paid, therefore 450 euros in all , plus the final cleaning plus the deposit. The same 5-bed apartment had a cost of € 260.00. A shame, to profit in this way on a booking error, I was even told that "we have to stay still with our little fingers. ".... still ashamed!

Had to last min find new accommodation and spent hours trying to sort it out with booking agents. Would definitely Not recommend this to anyone purely on how rude the owner of the place was. Plenty other places in Florence to chose from. DON'T BOOK HERE
L	Liz Whippo (litzi) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Location. The rooms were very clean. The area is very lively and you could hear a little bit of the street life but it was acceptable. The fresco in out room was gorgeous. Would stay here again.
