★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is definitely good and so cheap that it makes up for the disappointing speed of service.
We couldn’t believe how slow it took just to get our antipasti platter even though the place wasn’t full yet and we couldn’t even see any takeaways coming out either.
Sometimes it can be nice having a slow pace service but not when sitting on a small wobbly stool and also with this type of fast food, it felt as if it were their first opening day and they couldn’t cope with it.
The plus was the taglieri platter for 7 euros which was so big it could have fed 3 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best classic Italian style pizza I've had in Florence. There's a little section of both indoor and outdoor seating.
I had the diavola pizza which was only the tiniest bit spicy. This spot is worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful meal here. This seems like a solid neighborhood pizzeria that is far enough from the main tourist stuff to give you that authentic feel. We had a gorgonzola pizza and the prosciutto and funghi. Both were delicious although the gorgonzola was a bit greasy, but I feel like that's expected with four cheeses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place for take out. Pizza was good but not nearly good enough for the amount of time it took to get it. In all, 40 minutes from ordering it (in person) to handing it to us. Not sure why it took so long as we only saw 3 other pizzas come out of the oven before ours. These style of pizzas take 60-90 seconds to cook I have so clue of what was going on in the kitchen and it appeared all the other tables had already been served their meals so it wasn't like the chef was super busy. The pizza did taste very good but for take out this place is just way too slow. With that said the table that ordered their two pizzas prior to us arriving complained a LOT about how slow their pizzas were taking and they were local Italians so it's not like I was an impatient tourist on this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Wow! Wow! From the top places in Napoli, all 5 boroughs in New York, Frank Pepe in New Haven and even Pepe in Grani , we've done it all. This restaurant has incredible classic pizza. We are so happy we stumbled upon this place in a non-touristy side street in Florence. Make a point to visit. You'll thank me later. The owner and his sister are as friendly as can be. 6 stars if possible.
