★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on the advice of the hotel conciërge. It is a pizza restaurant out side the tourist area and therefore frequented mostly by locals. There is a nice large terras and currently this is the only place you can sit. The food and specially the pizzas are excellent and prices are cheap compared to the tourist prices. Combine this with the friendly service and this place needs you to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience here, but what we order was a hit or miss. We order an aperitivo and it was delicious. My ravioli was good, but my wife's gnocchi had a very strong flavor that we ended putting on the side and opted not to eat it. The staff was welcoming and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great restaurant built in the area of an old prison. Pasta, 2 pizzas, and a 1.2kg steak, with 2 beers, a bottle of sparkling water, and a latte all came out to 95 Euro. Every dish was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante placed inside a square that used to be a jail. Very quite zone of Florence. Food was really good and exquisite. The Risotto agli asparagi was just excellent. Maybe a little overpriced.
Bad thing, we couldn't try pizzas (it was our first intention), they don't serve them at noon. Waiter told us once we were already ordering, should have told us way before that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't serve pizza at lunch time... The food is not bad, but chicken was a bit dry and I prefer aubergine that is cooked through... Service is average. if you want a good food experience in Florence, there are better spots.
