Dopo questo periodo difficile siamo potuti ritornare ad acquistare fisicamente nei negozi e in questa macelleria oltre ai suoi prodotti stupendi siamo stati accolti con la consueta grande cortesia, attenzione al cliente e tanto calore umano. Con una ripartenza cosi si può sperare bene. Da provare assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comimos en una barrita en uno de los lados del puesto. La pasta y la carne buenísimos, lo mismo que el vino de la casa. Luca nos atendió con su mejor sonrisa y trato estupendo por parte de todos. Encantador lugar para recordar dentro del mercado de San Ambroglio. Volveremos!!
We ate from a bar on one side of the stall. The pasta and the meat are very good, as well as the house wine. Luca treated us with his best smile and great treatment from everyone. Charming place to remember within the San Ambroglio market. We will be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best food we had in Florence. Super friendly staff and amazing unexpected location on top of a butcher stand within a small market hall. The Tatar is amazing and the red wine is ridiculously good for 1€ per glas.
