Ho acquistato un caffè alla cassa (un euro) e prima di consumare sono andata in bagno, situato nel sottosuolo. Scala di accesso sporca e poco illuminata. Dal bagno delle donne esce un uomo, segno che il bagno degli uomini doveva essere molto sporco. Entro nel bagno delle donne e noto che non c'è il sapone per lavare le mani. Mi immagino con che mani pulite servano il cibo là dentro! Mi chiudo nel bagno delle donne e noto che la maniglia della porta era rotta e poggiata sul lavandino. Dopo aver usato il bagno, cerco di uscire. La porta era bloccata e non di apriva perché era scattato il meccanismo di chiusura della porta che senza maniglia non funzionava. Nota Bene: c 'era solo UNA maniglia. L'altra non c 'era. Insomma ho passato cinque minuti prima che l'unico italiano che lavorava lì, prresente nel bar, riuscisse a liberarmi. Roba da denuncia penale!!! Non ho neanche bevuto il caffè perché altrimenti sarei arrivata tardi al lavoro. Certi bar andrebbero CHIUSI. Don't go into this trap! Entriamo in questo bar e chiediamo un menù per scegliere i panini. Ci dicono che il menù non c'è. Se vogliamo possiamo dare un'occhiata ai panini. Ci alziamo e scegliamo 2 panini con la porchetta e un tramezzino. Prezzi esposti a caratteri cubitali rispettivamente 4 e 2,50 euro. Peccato che quando il conto arriva il prezzo di ogni articolo, compreso l'acqua, è stato aumentato di 1 euro. Il conto invece che 15,00 euro è diventato 19,00. Chiedo spiegazioni e il cameriere mi risponde che è il servizio al tavolo. Chiedo dove sta scritto e mi risponde sul menù. Quello che non ci hanno dato. Dico che non sono corretti e mi risponde : signora stamo a Roma centro. Se non le sta bene vada da un'altra parte! Faccio presente al maleducato cameriere che non sto contestando il prezzo ma la modalità. Un panino a 5,00 euro a Roma va benissimo ma non va bene che uno esponga un prezzo e poi te ne faccia pagare un altro. Faccio notare che è il quarto giorno che mangio in centro ma che di disonesti come lui non ne avevo incontrati. Non parliamo del bagno: a casa mia un posto così sporco lo chiamano cesso! Era stata fatta una Fidelity Card che poteva essere l'ottimale per soprassedere al locale, vista la gentilezza ed educazione estrema che i due ragazzi del mattino erano sempre pronti a distribuire alla propria clientela. Questi due ragazzi hanno rivalutato il luogo triste e al di fuori del bar, che loro curano molto, lercio come non pochi. Ora che la Fidelity Card Caffè il proprietario ha deciso di eliminare, quali pensa possano essere i Suoi punti di forza? Delle cassiere totalmente indifferenti alla loro Clientela? Il Tugurio oltre la soglia del piccolo bar? I bagni lerci e indecenti? La posizione poco consona? L'originalità del prodotto? Mi spiace per i due ragazzi del mattino che si prodigano molto ma la Fidelity Card avrebbe potuto mantenere i Clienti, il Bar assolutamente NO.
