It’s a shame I can’t review this as zero. I
came, in person during the day, to reserve a table. The reception concierge was welcoming and friendly and confirmed a reservation for me.
I arrived promptly to be completely ignored by serving staff and when they eventually acknowledged me, informed me they had no reservation for me, as they only had two tables reserved, before asking for my name.
A gentleman came over to further confirm they had no reservation and that my conversation with “downstairs” counted for nothing as ‘they don’t know’. After being, begrudgingly, offered a table, we left and have taken our business elsewhere.
Disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was over priced garbage! I cannot believe the audacity that this chef/hotel has to charge the amount they do for less than quality. Reading these reviews and the bars rating; I'm curious if their taste buds quit working once they saw the view from up top? Were they stunned by the white table clothes and the wait staff in nice attire? Other than that this bar is a waste of time and money. I got a glass of house white wine a Ceasars salad, and a tuna and tomato sandwich. Sounds simple right? Apparently not. The dressing on the Ceasars salad, had no flavor and was more like mayonnaise, and they had chicken on there that seemed like rotisserie. The sandwich had a THIN layer of tuna, (which had zero seasonings) with the crust cut off and the edge of the bread was stale. I barely ate any of it and I was charged 62 American dollars for the crappies lunch I had I'm Italy over my two week stay. If you go here, eat prior and take advantage of the view and over priced drinks.
