Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile a fornire qualsiasi informazione ed aiuto. Dulcis in fundo la colazione con l'ottima crostata fatta in casa e dolcetti tipoci calabresi. Assolutamente consigliato se siete in zona
Excellent, one could not say more. Very large rooms in a renovated building in the old part of Cosenza, perfectly furnished and with all comforts. Friendly owner and always available to provide any information and help. Dulcis in fundo the breakfast with the excellent homemade tart and typical Calabrian sweets. Absolutely recommended if you are in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vista dall'alto di Cosenza vecchia sull argine dei due fiumi che attraversano la gola che divide la città vecchia dalla nuova. Si potrebbe rivalutare meglio tutta la zona per far apprezzare ai turisti e non solo la bellezza storica della città. Appello all'amministrazione.
View from above of old Cosenza on the embankment of the two rivers that cross the gorge that divides the old from the new city. The whole area could be better re-evaluated to make tourists appreciate and not only the historical beauty of the city. Appeal to the administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato in entrambi gli appartamenti, entrambi veramente carini e confortevoli. Completi di tutto ed arredati molto bene con gusto. Collacato ai piedi di Cosenza vecchia si gode di un bel panorama. Andrei il proprietario è una persona molto simpatica e cordiale, abbiamo trovato all'arrivo nel frigo dell'ottima frutta fresca ed il necessario per la colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, ci torniamo ogni anno con molto piacere. Consigliatissimo?
We stayed in both apartments, both of which were really nice and comfortable. Complete with everything and very well furnished with taste. Placed at the foot of old Cosenza you can enjoy a beautiful view. Andrei the owner is a very nice and friendly person, we found on arrival in the fridge some excellent fresh fruit and the necessary for breakfast. Excellent value for money, we go back every year with great pleasure. Highly recommended?
