È molto accogliente e moderna, la consiglierò sicuramente a parenti e amici per brevi soggiorni. È ideale per la posizione vicinissima al centro e per la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del palazzo. Consigliatissimo!!!!! Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i comfort necessari: letto king size, 2 tv led, illuminazione a led con cromoterapia e piccola cucina attrezzata. Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione centrale e comoda per i servizi. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. For years, every 2 months I have used the services of this Suite. Excellent mini apartment with all the necessary comforts: king size bed, 2 LED TVs, LED lighting with chromotherapy and a small equipped kitchen. Also highly recommended for its central and convenient location for services. Friendly owner and always available in case of need.

L'appartamento è pulito, profumato, accogliente, ideale per rilassarsi e allo stesso raggiungere immediatamente il corso principale. Il proprietario della struttura accoglie i suoi ospiti in modo impeccabile e con estrema cordialità. Inoltre, è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo consiglio a tutti! The apartment is clean, fragrant, welcoming, ideal for relaxing and at the same time immediately reaching the main street. The owner of the structure welcomes his guests in an impeccable way and with extreme cordiality. Furthermore, he is always available for any need. I recommend it to everybody!

Struttura contemporaneamente e molto comoda, senza dire che Valerio è una brava persona, di fiducia e serio! A due passi da corso Mazzini, ma abbastanza lontano dal suo vociare notturno. Valerio, il proprietario, è una persona squisita, flessibile ed attenta a tutte le necessità: siamo arrivati in orario scomodo ed è stato cmq disponibilissimo; ci ha fornito anche un lettino da campeggio supplementare per il mio bimbo di 15 mesi. Colazione abbondante. Stra- consigliato per chi deve soggiornare a Cosenza. Mini-apartment equipped with every comfort, furnished with taste and attention to detail. A stone's throw from Corso Mazzini, but far enough away from its nocturnal noise. Valerio, the owner, is an exquisite person, flexible and attentive to all needs: we arrived at an inconvenient time and he was extremely helpful anyway; she also provided us with an extra camping cot for my 15 month old baby. L'appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato e completo di ogni comfort. La posizione è centralissima. Il proprietario, bravissima persona, è attentissimo ad ogni dettaglio! Colazione super! Davvero un'ottima soluzione! Torneremo sicuramente come abbiamo già fatto più volte! We are a family of 4 and we have stayed in the structure at least 4 times in the last 3 years (last time from 2 to 6 March). The apartment is very nice, well furnished and complete with every comfort. The location is very central. The owner, a very good person, is very attentive to every detail! Super breakfast! Really a great solution! We will definitely be back as we have done several times before!
