La proprietaria è una persona squisita e molto piacevole, su richiesta anche cucina espressa e con prodotti freschi e locali... CHe dire, un sogno! Wonderful location and breathtaking view. Excellent place to refresh yourself on a trip! The owner is an exquisite and very pleasant person, on request also express cooking and with fresh and local products ... What to say, a dream!

Molto accoglienti e pulite le stanze, arredate con gusto e cura dei dettagli. Personale estremamente professionale e disponibile. Una bella scoperta, decisamente consigliata! Unique and charming structure, with a fairytale garden overlooking the valley where breakfast is offered and excellent meals prepared directly by the owner with local and fresh products can be consumed. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, furnished with taste and attention to detail. Extremely professional and helpful staff. A nice discovery, definitely recommended!

Un B&B "stiloso" ed arredato con estrema cura. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io e gli allievi del mio Liceo Professionale Danza ritorneremo sicuramente. Complimenti Monica. Sei la meravigliosa testimonianza che le "belle persone" esistono ancora. Breathtaking location !!! Owner particularly available in satisfying all our requests and needs. A "stylish" B&B furnished with extreme care. I highly recommend it. The students of my Liceo Professionale Danza and I will definitely return. Congratulations Monica. You are the wonderful testimony that "beautiful people" still exist.
G	Giuseppe Iannello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunatamente non tutti hanno lo stesso punto di vista.. ho trovato l'ambiente moderno ed il design degli interni curato e soprattutto, tutta la struttura pulitissima! Nonostante avessimo fatto tardi la ragazza ci ha gentilmente aspettato per fornirci la chiavi ed avrebbe provveduto anche alla cena se avessimo avuto necessità. C'è stato un problema con l'aria condizionata ma prontamente sistemato. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, sin da subito si è resa disponibile chiedendoci per che ora avessimo avuto intenzione di farla, purtroppo qualcuno avrebbe voluto vedere tavole imbandite, ma aimé le normative anti covid non lo permettono ?‍♂️ spero ci sia occasione per tornarci! Fortunately not everyone has the same point of view .. I found the modern environment and the interior design taken care of and above all, the whole structure was spotless! Although we were late, the girl kindly waited for us to give us the keys and she would also have provided for dinner if we needed it. There was a problem with the air conditioning but it was promptly fixed. As for the breakfast, she immediately made herself available asking us what time we had intended to make it, unfortunately someone would have liked to see tables set, but alas the anti covid regulations do not allow it ?‍♂️ I hope there is an opportunity to go back!

Tanta (troppa?) attenzione al design. Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Ho sofferto il caldo tutta la notte e riposato molto male, pur avendo impostato l'aria condizionata al massimo (forse bocchette sottodimensionate?). Bagno in camera di dimensioni modeste, ricavato in camera tramite una parete divisoria ma senza che sia isolato (manca il soffitto e l'areazione). Tremendo. Inoltre sarebbe stato carino poter disporre di un banale porta sapone in doccia dove appoggiare i prodotti quando sei in doccia. Mi aspettavo molto dalla colazione "eccellente" secondo le recensioni; è bellissimo il posto, ok, ma non la colazione di per sé: un cornetto vuoto, caffè e succo non mi sembra una colazione eccellente per soli 8€, tutto qui. Excellent location for visiting the historic center (beware of closed roads!). Very courteous and helpful host. Clean, well maintained room. A lot (too much?) Attention to design. What didn't I like? I suffered from the heat all night and had a very bad rest, despite having set the air conditioning to maximum (perhaps undersized vents?). En-suite bathroom of modest size, obtained in the room through a partition wall but without it being isolated (the ceiling and ventilation are missing). Tremendous. It would also have been nice to have a trivial soap holder in the shower where you can place the products when you're in the shower. I was expecting a lot from the "excellent" breakfast according to the reviews; the place is beautiful, ok, but not the breakfast itself: an empty croissant, coffee and juice doesn't seem like an excellent breakfast for only 8 €, that's all.
m	maurizio bartocci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un location fantastica, elegante e curata nei particolari, stanza pulitissima, il tutto arredato con attenzione e cura , la stessa attenzione e cura che ha Monica, la proprietaria, per i suoi ospiti. Sara' impossibile dimenticare l'ottima cena in un giardino davvero affascinante soprattutto in serata, che affaccia sui tetti della parte vecchia della città , uno spettacolo indimenticabile, come l'ottima cena preparata dalla stessa Monica. Grazie Monica per la tua grande attenzione, è stato come essere accolti in casa da una AMICA. Torneremo . S	Stefano Gelsomino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura antica perfettamente riammodernata nella città vecchia, alle pendici del Castello normanno-svevo. Interni moderni, ben curati e puliti. Il pezzo forte dovrebbe essere il giardino pensile che offre una strepitosa vista sulla città vecchia. Secondo me è invece l'accoglienza della proprietaria Monica, del suo compagno Eugenio e di tutto lo staff che mi hanno fatto sentire veramente come a casa. Impagabile. Ancient structure perfectly modernized in the old town, on the slopes of the Norman-Swabian Castle. Modern, neat and clean interior. The highlight should be the roof garden which offers an amazing view over the old city. In my opinion it is instead the welcome of the owner Monica, her partner Eugenio and all the staff that made me feel truly at home. Priceless.

Eravamo in cerca di relax, tranquillità e confort, trovato tutto in un unico pacchetto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Monica e il genio del suo compagno sono perfetti padroni di casa! La cucina, con le varianti alternate di carne e pesce non hanno mai deluso e il tutto sempre accompagnato da musica in sottofondo ! Il personale cortese e disponibile. Perfetta x tutte le stagioni, assolutamente consigliato! The view I would say is breathtaking, from the roof garden you can enjoy a wonderful view ... We were looking for relaxation, tranquility and comfort, found all in one package. Excellent quality-price relation. Monica and her partner's genius are perfect hosts! The cuisine, with alternating variations of meat and fish have never disappointed and all always accompanied by music in the background! The staff were courteous and helpful. Perfect for all seasons, absolutely recommended!
