Excellent structure, very helpful host. Well clean and one step away from the city center. The reserved parking is very convenient. The breakfast is also good!

Ma ciò che lo rende speciale è la passione che i titolari mettono nel gestire il b&b facendo sentire l'ospite a casa! Very nice apartment in the city center, with attention to detail and above all clean! But what makes it special is the passion that the owners put into managing the b & b making the guest feel at home!

Structure located in the center of cosenza very well connected also by public transport .... very elegant, clean and well equipped apartment .. so far the best I have ever seen .. then what about the owner exquisite person, very kind and very friendly , I felt like home .... 100% recommended if you want to have a topp experience ..

Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo! Located in the city center, a stone's throw from the main street, the structure is new, welcoming, clean and equipped with a wonderful terrace. Friendly and always available owner. Highly recommended!

Cosa importante il parcheggio riservato ad uso esclusivo dell’appartamento. Host disponibile in ogni momento. La colazione è perfetta! Caffè Borbone,cornetti e una scelta di confetture varie. Se avete bisogno di un B&B per visitare il centro città non ne esiste uno posizionato meglio e che vi dia la possibilità di lasciare l'auto in un posto riservato. Eccellente. New apartment with attention to the smallest details. I stayed for 3 nights in this structure I must say that I felt at home. Importantly, the parking reserved for the exclusive use of the apartment. Host available at all times. The breakfast is perfect! Bourbon coffee, croissants and a choice of various jams. If you need a B&B to visit the city center, there is no better positioned one that gives you the opportunity to leave your car in a reserved place. Excellent.
