Le camere ampie, la posizione è al centro. 5 stelle piene.. se potessi ne farei 6 A word ... Ambiente pulito e staff gentile ma il vero vantaggio della struttura deriva dalla splendida posizione nell'area pedonale della città. Situata a 5 minuti dall'autostrada, offre l'ulteriore vantaggio di parcheggiare la vettura in un parcheggio custodito a 5 euro al giorno. Ottimo per gli automobilisti di passaggio che non devono svuotare la macchina durante la permanenza a Cosenza. Delightful room, tastefully furnished and equipped with quality mattresses for a guaranteed rest. Clean environment and friendly staff but the real advantage of the structure comes from the splendid location in the pedestrian area of the city. Located 5 minutes from the motorway, it offers the added advantage of parking the car in a guarded car park for 5 euros per day. Excellent for passing motorists who do not have to empty the car during their stay in Cosenza.

Balcone sul corso principale. Aria condizionata Camera silenziosa Ascensore Grandissima disponibilità della proprietaria che abbiamo disturbato telefonicamente alle 23 perché per un nostro errore non riuscivamo ad accendere l’aria condizionata. Molto buona la colazione da gustare nel terrazzo con dolci fatti in casa( peccato che non ci sia nessuna proposta salata). Convenzione con il parcheggio distante solo pochi metri. Prezzi a notte onesto. Consigliatissimo Very nice B&B located right in the central part of the city. Very nice and well-kept rooms. Spacious bathroom Large TV, mini bar in the room. Balcony on the main street. Air conditioning silent room Elevator Great availability of the owner who we disturbed by telephone at 11 pm because due to our mistake we could not turn on the air conditioning. Very good breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace with homemade cakes (pity that there is no salty proposal). Agreement with the parking just a few meters away. Fair prices per night. Highly recommended

Friendliness and splendid welcome, well-kept rooms, a well-kept and welcoming breakfast room where you can find yourself at ease as if you were in the living room.

D	Desirèe Famao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo b&b stile “shabby chic” ubicato nel pieno centro di Cosenza,a due passi da un parcheggio convenzionato (5€ al giorno) e a tutti i servizi utili per un soggiorno fuori casa…gentilissima la signora Stefania che è riuscita a soddisfare ogni richiesta per quello che abbiamo avuto bisogno per il nostro bambino!Si accede sia alle camere che all’ingresso con una scheda digitale!! La colazione era molto varia (bevande calde,succhi di frutta,cornetti,torte,biscotti e persino chiacchiere,frutta fresca,yogurt e marmellate di ogni genere,persino frutta secca)!! Che dire,professionalità eccellente ma soprattutto,considerato il periodo covid, la pulizia quotidiana era impeccabile, dappertutto,sia in camera nostra che all’esterno!! Lo consiglio assolutamente!!! Beautiful "shabby chic" style b & b located in the heart of Cosenza, a stone's throw from a parking lot (€ 5 per day) and all the useful services for a stay away from home ... very kind Mrs. Stefania who managed to satisfy every request for what we needed for our baby! Both the rooms and the entrance are accessed with a digital card !! The breakfast was very varied (hot drinks, fruit juices, croissants, cakes, biscuits and even chat, fresh fruit, yogurt and jams of all kinds, even dried fruit) !! What can I say, excellent professionalism but above all, considering the Covid period, the daily cleaning was impeccable, everywhere, both in our room and outside !! I absolutely recommend it !!!

Gide receives a super stay and beautiful rooms a bit small but you can lose everything and everything is there. breakfast was complete and provided. Can sit outside and look out into the shopping street. There is an elevator and the old town is a 15-minute walk away. Well worth it. It is the oldest city in Italy. Room cleaned every day and the common areas are homely decorated with great attention. Definitely coming back here and no negatives whatsoever. well done and a good choice.
