d	daveisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ come arredamento non c'è male in quanto si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato peccato che la mia stanza non aveva il bagno in camera e che non è presente l'ascensore: per cui salirci con trolley e borsone non è stato facile... as furniture is not bad because it is a renovated apartment shame that my room had no bathroom in the room and that it is no lift: so climb with trolley bag and it was not easy ...

Arredi ottimi letti comodissimi bagni ai quali non manca nulla anzi. consigliatissimo If you look at it from outside you wouldn't say it but inside, outside the stairs that seem to collapse, the rooms are fantastic. Excellent beds very comfortable bathrooms that nothing is missing indeed. recommended

Da fuori l'edificio pare bruttino, ma dentro è nuovo e ben curato. Comodo anche il check-in da remoto e la convenzione con un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Consigliato. Very convenient the apartment is very convenient location, on Corso Mazzini (home of the MAB) in the new part of the city. From outside the building looks ugly, but inside it is new and well cared for. Convenient remote check-in and an agreement with nearby parking. Recommended.
D	Davide Costanzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è un B&B Molto particolare, alcuni hanno visto altre recensioni su varie strutture così di cosenza ma da due anni viaggio continuamente. È un b&b che assomiglia molto ad un hotel per molti versi... molto raffinato, camere dotate di una qualità di mobilio e disegni sulle pareti dei corridoi di ottima qualità. Tutto di ottima qualità eccetto una piccolissima cosa ma di poco conto. Ci si aspetterebbe da queste strutture (ovviamente non tutti i b&b lo fanno), una colazione quantomeno frugale, li puoi fare solo il caffè in una cucina molto raffinata anche se piccola. Ovviamente io ho soggiornato un anno fa più volte, può darsi che sia cambiato, ma questa non è una nota di dolore, anche perché è situato a corso Mazzibi dove è pieno di bar, quindi non è un problema, di 5 stelle perché è una struttura davvero squisita. This is a very particular B&B, some have seen other reviews on various structures in cosenza but for two years I have been traveling continuously. It is a b & b that looks a lot like a hotel in many ways ... very refined, rooms equipped with a quality of furniture and designs on the walls of the corridors of excellent quality. All of excellent quality except for a very small but minor thing. You would expect from these structures (obviously not all b & b do it), at least a frugal breakfast, you can only make them coffee in a very refined even if small kitchen. Obviously I stayed a year ago several times, it may have changed, but this is not a note of pain, also because it is located in Corso Mazzibi where it is full of bars, so it is not a problem, of 5 stars because it is a really exquisite structure.

La signora delle pulizie molto scostante e camera moderna ma un po’ scarna. Pulito il bagno e stanza spaziosa ma letti sicuramente da rivedere. NOTA NEGATIVA PERCHÈ SI TROVA AL SECONDO PIANO DI UN PALAZZO VECCHIO SENZA ASCENSORE. Colazione inesistente se fatta nel bar “convenzionato” a 700m che aveva solo brioche surgelate. good for location and availability of the owner to check in remotely but this made the structure completely devoid of assistance. The cleaning lady is very unfriendly and the room is modern but a bit sparse. Clean bathroom and spacious room but beds definitely to be reviewed. NEGATIVE NOTE BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF AN OLD BUILDING WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Breakfast non-existent if made in the "affiliated" bar at 700m which only had frozen brioches.
