Non sono solito lasciare recensioni ma questo soggiorno merita davvero. Ospite per una notte, agosto 2020. Splendido palazzo ristrutturato con gusto nel cuore di Cosenza vecchia. Una piacevole sorpresa, dagli interni eleganti e minimali alla splendida terrazza panoramica che affaccia sulla città. Menzione a parte per la gentilezza del proprietario, dotato di una cortesia che non si incontra tutti i giorni. Stra-consigliato.

Un tuffo nella storia. Un restauro eccellente propone delle suites con tutti i comfort di un hotel livello. Splendida la terrazza panoramica per la colazione o aperitivi al tramonto. Non per ultima la cortesia e la disponibilità dei padroni di casa che rendono questo posto assolutamente affascinante. Super Consigliato

Non metto quasi mai cinque stelle, ma in questo caso devo dire che le merita. Palazzo del 1400 completamente ristrutturato in maniera davvero elegante con gran gusto. Le camere offrono tutti i comfort, sulla terrazza c’è una piccola piscina idromassaggio un bellissimo panorama dove fare la colazione. Il titolare talmente gentile che mi ha inviato tramite WhatsApp una piccola guida sui posti dove andare a mangiare. Tra l’altro si trova proprio nel centro storico di Cosenza. Piccolissimo punto negativo il pane a colazione non era fresco. Ma dettaglio di poca importanza. Assolutamente consigliato.

Se mi trovo a Cosenza per lavoro non ho dubbi su dove alloggiare, i proprietari sono molto ospitali, le camere sono bellissime e il posto é molto tranquillo, anche per la posizione. Durante il giorno qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, però la posizione é comoda anche per uscire a piedi e fare due passi per il centro. La terrazza è stupenda, e cé anche accesso alla Spa.

This place is really beautiful and cozy and you can feel that the things hier are made with love and passion for details. The view from the terrace is a hotspot to drink a delicious cappuccino and enjoy the 7 hills of Consenza.

The stay at the hotel was amazing!!! The room is very large and has an elegant and clean design. The bathroom very modern and at the highest standards. The view from our room was incredibly beautiful! The entire hotel was made with lot of love for details. In the morning we had our breakfast on the rooftop, just wonderful!! The food from is very healthy and locally made, with handmade bread, great cappuccino and delicious croissants ❤ Also the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely come again!!! Amazing place and just TOP hotel!!

Fantastico! When people imagine their perfect Italian vacation, this is the experience they are dreaming of. Even before check in, communication via WhatsApp was easy and they always responded promptly. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite for three nights and it was perfect. A stunning and large, clean room with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. White and pale wood decor provides a calm atmosphere. I appreciated the USB plug in the wall beside the bed and the built in Bluetooth system so you can play music from your phone through the walls. The bathroom is also large with a bathtub - such a treat! The provided toiletries smell and felt great to use, good quality. The entire B&B had a pleasant, delicate fragrance throughout. The rooftop terrace is outstanding and huge! Incredible views over Cosenza, plenty of tables for breakfast, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a jacuzzi and shower. Breakfast each day was high quality and delicious - fruit, prosciutto and melon, cake, fresh pastries, and great coffee. Heavenly experience. The location is perfect within the historic centre of Cosenza - steps from the Cathedral and Teatro Redondo, and only a 15 minute walk to Corso Mazzini. Michela and Giacomo are perfect hosts, very welcoming and hospitable. I have stayed in a few places in Cosenza in the past, and Dimora De Matera is the most outstanding. The building the B&B is in is 500 years old and maintains a perfect balance between history and modernity. I will certainly stay here on my next visit to my homeland. Grazie mille!
