★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato presso questo B&B la notte tra il 17 e il 18 Febbraio. Antonella, una delle due titolari ci ha accolto facendoci sentire ospiti graditi, é stata super gentile, cordiale, disponibile ed attenta. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa, mandandoci una mail il giorno prima per conoscere l'ora del nostro arrivo, permettendoci di fare check-in anticipato e di lasciare la valigia in camera ben oltre il nostro check-out e ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione quando ci siamo svegliati. Camere tranquille, pulitissime, con qualche dettaglio da sistemare (tipo il tavolino dell'ikea un po' sgangherato che potrebbe essere sostituito visto il costo esiguo o il pavimento alla veneziana molto bello ma che richiede qualche lavoro di manutenzione), ma il letto era comodissimo ed il risposo é stato ottimale. Peccato che entrambi i bagni (perfettamente puliti) non abbiano la tavoletta del wc, non ho capito il motivo. Carina la cucina, nuova e ben fornita, con la possibilità di farsi un caffè con la macchinetta della Nespresso. Peccato non aver potuto sfruttare la terrazza, sicuramente la ciliegina sulla torta per questo B&B.
Quando tornerò a Venezia prenoterò sicuramente qui e spero di vedere risolti i piccoli e marginali difetti di questa bella struttura.
 I stayed at this B&B the night between 17 and 18 February. Antonella, one of the two owners welcomed us making us feel welcome, has been super nice, friendly, helpful and attentive. He made us feel at home, by sending us an email the day before to know the time of our arrival, allowing us to check in early and leave the suitcase in the room well past our check-out and cooked us an excellent breakfast when we woke up. quiet rooms, spotlessly clean with a few details to be fixed (such as Ikea coffee table a little 'battered could be replaced given the limited cost or the floor to the very nice Venetian but requires some maintenance work), but the bed was comfortable and the rest was optimal. Too bad that both bathrooms (perfectly clean) do not have the toilet seat, I did not understand why. Nice kitchen, new and well stocked, with the possibility of having a coffee with the Nespresso machine. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of the terrace, certainly the icing on the cake for this B&B.
When I return to Venice I will definitely book here and I hope to see the small and marginal flaws of this beautiful structure solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 étages à monter mais chambre et sanitaires partagés très propres. Cuisine équipée et terrasse à disposition. Il faut appeler l’hôte qui habite à 2 minutes. Très bien placé à moins 10 minutes du Rialto, Restauration à proximité. Calme. Efforts faits ( et réussis) pour échanger en français
3 floors to go up but very clean shared room and sanitary facilities. Equipped kitchen and terrace available. You have to call the host who lives 2 minutes away. Very well located less than 10 minutes from the Rialto, Restaurant nearby. Calm. Efforts made (and successful) to exchange in French

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier. Klein aber fein. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Wundervolle herzliche Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder ;-)
We stayed here for two nights. Small but nice. Very lovingly furnished. Great terrace with a view over the city. Wonderful warm hosts. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back ;-)

Breakfast was good for Italian Standards with nice view of Venice roofs from rooftop terrace when weather alles, this means a lot of stairs to get to the appartement
However do not stay when it is cold and rainy in Venice since heater did not work and it was very cold in the room and bathroom
