★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transitavo sulla salerno/reggio nei pressi di Rende quando mi è comparso un avviso di avaria sul display mi sono recato presso questa concessionaria e... cortesia zero, assistenza zero non erano in grado di capire che tipo di varia avesse segnalato, esperienza pessima!!!
 I was passing through salerno / reggio near Rende when a failure warning appeared on the display I went to this dealership and ... zero courtesy, zero assistance they were not able to understand what kind of variety he had reported, very bad experience! !!

Fieri di averla acquistata presso questa struttura... da collocarla al primo posto tra tutte le concessionarie della zona... il personale cortese, disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze dei clienti, in particolare il signor Lupinacci (Matteo) che ci ha seguiti durante il percorso di vendita con grande serietà e professionalità e che, se necessario, anche in futuro sará a nostra completa disposizione.. soddisfatti della scelta che abbiamo fatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non preparato e poco attento alle richieste del cliente, atteggiamento del "so tutto io", ma alla fine non risolvono i problemi e tendono a far spendere il piú possibile senza motivo. Se tenete alla vostra Volvo e al portafogli, evitatela. Ho esperienza con molte officine Volvo in tutta Italia, ma questa la evito.
Staff not prepared and not very attentive to customer requests, attitude of "I know everything", but in the end they do not solve the problems and tend to spend as much as possible for no reason. If you care about your Volvo and your wallet, avoid it. I have experience with many Volvo workshops throughout Italy, but I avoid this one.
