Ho visto la scheda, completissima, della xc70 proposta dalla concessionaria Sicurauto di Magenta e, pur abitando a Trieste, ho chiamato per informazioni e già dal primo contatto telefonico con il venditore Andrea Alemani c’è stata un’impressione di serietà e fiducia confermata durante la prosecuzione della trattativa. L’auto mi è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni alla data concordata. Il venditore è sempre stato disponibile e solerte per chiarimenti e per gestire a distanza le pratiche necessarie. Chiaro e celere. Se qualcuno se lo domandasse lo sconto ENPAM non è cumulabile con nessuna delle promozioni attive. I state that I have not purchased any cars. Mentre stavamo guardando una xc40 ci si avvicina (non richiesto) un venditore dando due informazioni che più generiche non si può; al che gli abbiamo chiesto un preventivo e anzichè sedersi e valutare la situazione del cliente, ha sparato un paio di prezzi di due allestimenti senza spiegare nulla del mondo volvo. Poi su nostra insistenza ha fatto un preventivo con l'aria di uno molto scocciato per il disturbo che gli si stava arrecando. Al che l' epilogo era ovvio: mai più là dentro e volvo vende un' auto in meno! A major brand like volvo should have impeccable salespeople unlike what happened to us a couple of weeks ago. While we were looking at an xc40 we approached (not requested) a salesman giving two more generic information; to which we asked him for a quote and instead of sitting down and assessing the customer's situation, he fired a couple of prices of two set-ups without explaining anything about the volvo world. Then at our insistence he made a quote with the air of one very annoyed by the disturbance that was causing him. At which the epilogue was obvious: never again in there and volvo sells one car less!

Gianluca, disponibile, cordiale e molto chiaro nelle informazioni. Il sito è veramente notevole, aggiornatissimo e trasparente. Unico neo, non aver fatto con il venditore un giro di prova, ma, essendo andati a ritirare il veicolo di sabato, forse mancava la persona che si occupa di questo. Per il resto, pienamente soddisfatti : da Belluno è valsa la pena arrivare a Magenta. After a bad experience at the PN dealership, we found the car that was right for us on the site. Mr. Gianluca, helpful, friendly and very clear in his information. The site is truly remarkable, up-to-date and transparent. The only drawback, not having done a test drive with the seller, but, having gone to collect the vehicle on Saturday, perhaps the person who takes care of this was missing. For the rest, fully satisfied: from Belluno it was worth it to get to Magenta.
