Nonostante l’ambiente poco consono ad accogliere la clientela ,senza aria condizionata è stato difficile resistere più di un ora ,alla fine abbiamo firmato il contratto di acquisto.un consiglio ai titolari : cambiate arredamento e mettere impianto aria condizionata !!
 Excellent professionalism of Mr. Bonetti and sig.Scapparone. Despite the unfavorable environment to welcome customers, without air conditioning it was difficult to resist more than an hour, in the end we signed the purchase contract. A tip for the owners: change furniture and put air conditioning system !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei, tutto chiuso,sul sito dice che è aperto vai la per problemi alla macchina per garanzia (difetto di fabbrica) ed è chiuso,senza lasciare foglietti scritti sul vetro,niente. Chiami e gli operatori "tutti occupati" perché tutta italia è a chiamare la Fiat.
If I could put 0 stars I would do it, everything closed, on the site it says that it is open go there for problems with the car for warranty (factory defect) and it is closed, leaving no notes written on the glass, nothing. Call and the operators "all busy" because all of Italy is calling Fiat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto confusionario il Signor. Marcello, sia per quanto riguarda la consegna dell'auto nuova, che per la rottamazione di quella vecchia. E per finire confusione anche sulle esenzioni del bollo, brutta esperienza.
Very confusing Mr. Marcello, both for the delivery of the new car, and for the scrapping of the old one. And to end up confusing even about the exemptions from the stamp, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon servizio, buona la professionalità e disponibilità del personale a cui mi sono rivolto per il primo tagliando auto...ma che caldo. Nel 2019 non è possibile entrare in un concessionario auto, dove sei accolto in guanti bianchi, su un tappeto rosso e non avere l'aria condizionata. Io sono rimasto il tempo necessario per organizzare un tagliando ( dieci minuti ) , ma se dovevo acquistare un'auto credo che avrei aspettato l'autunno.
Good service, good professionalism and helpfulness of the staff to whom I turned for the first car cutting ... but how hot. In 2019 it is not possible to enter a car dealership, where you are welcomed in white gloves, on a red carpet and do not have air conditioning. I had enough time to organize a coupon (ten minutes), but if I had to buy a car I think I would have waited for the fall.
