In seguito ad un inconveniente ho tentato di contattarli più volte al telefono, non hanno risposto quasi mai per evitare di parlare con me. Si sono comportati inoltre in maniera scorretta dicendo una cosa e poi l'esatto opposto in due chiamate diverse e costringendomi ad una spesa importante, senza nemmeno scusarsi. In seguito ad un guasto alla mia auto (ancora sotto garanzia) ho dovuto provvedere alla riparazione a mie spese. Esperienza negativa sotto tutti gli aspetti, cortesi e gentili solo fino a quando non ricevono tutto il denaro. Se tornassi indietro non ci metterei manco un piede. They also behaved incorrectly by saying one thing and then the exact opposite in two different calls and forcing me to an important expense, without even apologizing. Following a failure to my car (still under warranty) I had to have it repaired at my expense. Bad experience in all aspects, courteous and kind only as long as they do not receive all the money. If we could go back I would not put a foot needless.

A	Alberto Riva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo brutte esperienza dove ho acquistato la mia focus 3 anni fa (sia con l'auto ma soprattutto con il concessionario/officina), quasi come ultima spiaggia sono passato da loro ormai convinto di cambiare marchio e passare da Ford ad altro.. Per come sono stato trattato e accolto dal venditore (Riccardo), ho deciso di rinnovare il mio contratto idea Ford e sostituire la mia focus con un'altra invece che, appunto, cambiare marchio. Prezzi delle auto nella media, ma cortesia e soprattutto disponibilità anche a spiegare i problemi avuti con l'auto e il concessionario precedente mi hanno convinto. Mi sono state spiegate particolarità del contratto che non mi erano state dette in precedenza, oltre ad essermi stati spiegati tutta una serie di problemi avuti con l'auto precedente che dove ho acquistato erano sempre state giustificate con "a volte capita". Inoltre sono sempre stati super disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda (anche trami mail e telefono) Consigliato, se dovete acquistare o rinnovare il contratto e avete avuto esperienze non buone con altri concessionari, passate da loro! Particularities of the contract were explained to me that had not been previously told to me, as well as being explained to me a whole series of problems I had with the previous car that where I bought had always been justified with "sometimes it happens". They have also always been super willing to answer any questions (even by email and phone). Recommended, if you need to buy or renew your contract and have had bad experiences with other dealers, come to them!
