★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segretaria all'ingresso che non fa altro che spostare carte senza nemmeno chiamare un venditore. Sono rimasto a guardare le auto da solo per 20 minuti, dopodiché ho chiesto alla segretaria se ci fosse stato un venditore. Sua risposta "è malato.. vedo se c'è *tizio* disponibile".. ma era impegnato. Peccato che nei miei 20 minuti dentro il concessionario ho sentito che stava parlando con i clienti di case in affitto e vacanze al mare... forse non interessa loro vendere o forse non ero vestito abbastanza elegante per una jeep. La prossima volta mi presenterò in smoking e con la Ferrari. Non voglio essere coccolato, ma se permettete vorrei essere almeno servito come è giusto che sia. Un concessionario vende auto, non si chiacchiera come al bar.
 Secretary at the entrance who does nothing but move cards without even calling a seller. I watched the cars alone for 20 minutes, after which I asked the secretary if there had been a salesman. His response "is sick .. see if there is * guy * available" .. but he was busy. Too bad that in my 20 minutes inside the dealership I felt that he was talking to customers about rental houses and beach holidays ... maybe they don't care about selling or maybe I wasn't dressed elegant enough for a jeep. Next time I will show up in a tuxedo and with Ferrari. I don't want to be pampered, but if you allow I would at least be served as it should be. A dealer sells cars, you don't chatter like in a bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per un preventivo per una stelvio,ma purtroppo la mia vettura mi è stata valutata molto poco,in piu ho notato che in una vettura li in salone dal valore di 50 000 euro non aveva nemmeno i sedili elettrici ma scherziamo,ma non dovrebbero essere di serie ? Visto il prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato diverse concessionarie di varie case automobilistiche per valutare quale automobile da acquistare mi sono deciso di farlo da loro dove ho trovato Emanuele una figura professionale che ha presentato la vettura in modo completo e ha risposto a tutte le domande rendendosi anche reperibile per altre informazioni .
Posso dire che è stato lui a far pendere verso l'ago della bilancia la mia decisione.

Abbiamo visto e chiesto info in merito alla jeep Compass , il personale molto disponibile e gentile. Parcheggio esterno comodo .
I went with my husband to this dealership and in anticipation of changing our car, a well-kept place, cars available km 0, as per our research. We saw and asked for info about the Compass jeep, the staff were very helpful and kind. Convenient outdoor parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia jeep Renegade per il tagliando, pagando una cifra spropositata per lavoro svolto: mi hanno solo 2 cambi filtri e rabboccato il liquido lavavetri: 210€ e quasi 2 ore di attesa. Ho richiesto il cambio olio (un anno in ciclo urbano e non alla accensione della spia come hanno asserito), ma non l’hanno fatto e adesso mi tocca portarla in altra officina pagando extra. Mi hanno invertito i pneumatici dopo solo 2 mesi (2500 km) dopo aver chiesto espressamente di non farlo in quanto non necessario. Nessuna info su stato pastiglie freni come richiesto. Nessun meccanico mi ha consegnato la vettura . Veramente pessimo. Mai più in questo service
I brought my Renegade jeep for the service, paying a disproportionate amount for the work done: I only had 2 filter changes and topped up the washer fluid: € 210 and almost 2 hours of waiting. I requested an oil change (one year in the urban cycle and not when the warning light came on as they claimed), but they didn't and now I have to take it to another workshop for an extra fee. They reversed my tires after only 2 months (2500 km) after expressly asking not to do it as it is not necessary. No info on brake pad condition as requested. No mechanic gave me the car. Really bad. Never again in this service
