Consulenza tecnica di buon livello e disponibilità/accoglienza nella norma. Competenza indiscutibile seppur non coinvolgente. Infatti, non ho trovato l'entusiasmo che mi sarei aspettato dal rappresentante delle vendite, che pareva quasi interagire meccanicamente per dovere più che per piacere di ricevere il cliente. Insomma é mancato il coinvolgimento e non é scattata la scintilla. Peccato. Fossi il titolare della concessionaria migliorerei le modalità d'interazione con la clientela, dedicando più attenzione all'accoglienza. Sicuramente le vendite ne gioverebbero.
