Non ci hanno neanche provato e sto ancora lavorando con il mittente per cercare di far arrivare il pacco.. abito in pieno centro e le indicazioni sono ben in evidenza. Chiamo e mi dicono che se avessero avuto il mio numero di telefono mi avrebbero contattato...non hanno neanche lasciato un avviso di giacenza. Pessimi. Su altro pacco invece, questo mi è stato lanciato dentro al balcone al primo piano. Avete capito bene.. LANCIATO. Su un terzo pacco il portone era socchiuso..hanno aperto senza bussare, lasciato il pacco dietro la porta e me lo sono trovato lì quando sono sceso. MALEDUCATI STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO CORRIERE... purtroppo viene usato dai mittenti di vari siti... They tell me they haven't found me at home for 3 days straight. Dopo aver chiamato la sede, mi dicono che il pacco sarebbe stato in consegna il prossimo giorno lavorativo. Il pacco ad oggi risulta ancora con destinatario sconosciuto. Pur troppo non è mi è stato chiaro ben chiaro come mai il pacco era in Sila, non sapendo che lì era collocato il centro smistamento. Quindi era al centro smistamento. Anche il corriere che mi ha consegnato è stato gentile a spiegarmi la situazione. Edit previous review. I changed my mind. Dear couriers, as I have already stated. As written in the previous review. Non capisco come con Google map e telefoni non si riesce ad identificare l'indirizzo. Considerando che non è la prima volta che succede, e non solo a me, penso sia proprio un modo molto singolare di gestione. Ti costringono ad andare presso il loro deposito per il ritiro. Dopo le ovvie rimostranze non hanno altro da dire che: faccia un reclamo alla sede centrale. Unfortunately it is not the first time that this courier has not delivered the package to me. E ogni volta puntualmente mi devo fare 45 km per ritirare il pacco.
