Nonostante i numerosi reclami il pacco si trova sempre da voi in lavorazione (dice) e non c'è verso di farvelo mettere in consegna. Se provo a chiamarvi risponde una segreteria telefonica dove non puoi nemmeno lasciare un messaggio perche' e' piena, non rispondete nemmeno alle mail. Proprio da evitare il passaggio dei pacchi dalla vostra sede. I sent a parcel with Nexive on May 8th with express shipping and unfortunately it has been in this delivery branch since May 13th. Despite the numerous complaints, the parcel is always being processed by you (he says) and there is no way to get it delivered. If I try to call you an answering machine answers where you can't even leave a message because it's full, you don't even reply to emails. Just to avoid the passage of parcels from your office.

C	Carmine Totera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ero in attesa di ricevere un pacco Nexive con roba di valore all'interno, non mi hanno trovato in casa durante la consegna causa lavoro ( ero gia a conoscenza di non essere presente durante la consegna) e invece di passare nel giorno successivo cosa fanno? lasciano il pacco incustodito sulla strada senza avviso dove chiunque poteva passare impossessandosene senza problemi. Dopo una giornata lavorativa al ritorno ritrovo fortunatamente il pacco buttato sulla strada. Pessimo servizio, di regola si dovrebbe effettuare un secondo tentativo di consegna, la correttezza non è da tutti, ma almeno avvisarmi telefonicamente di aver lasciato il pacco?. Mi dispiace parlare cosi di un'attivita locale però come si fa a promuovere un servizio che non funziona? V	Vanessa Admira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendo un pacco dall'8 settembre, ho controllato ogni giorno il tracking, palesemente fasullo, perchè indicava di tutto, in consegna, in giacenza, altro tentativo di consegna, indirizzo errato ( falso, l'indirizzo è corretto), giacenza chiusa. Non hanno MAI fatto neanche un tentativo di consegna, sto provando a contattarli al loro numero ma non rispondono, a questo punto se nonmi consegnano il pacco sarò costretta a percorrere vie legali. Visto che spesso la linea risulta essere occupata. Il mio pacco risulta essere nella vostra filiale da quattro giorni e la consegna doveva essere effettuata entro il 20 luglio, la compagnia che dovrebbe consegnare il mio pacco ha anche effettuato ben DUE solleciti del tutto ignorati. Ho provato a chiedere la prova di consegna ma ancora nessuna risposta Intanto conservo le immagini delle telecamere, sicuramente serviranno!! Che vergogna, ma che ci state a fare con questo mestiere?
